This is an easy one. The single biggest issue is lack of anti-virus software, or even worse is having the software but it is not up todate with the virus definitions. I have seen computers with defintions from 3 years ago loaded. New viruses come out every day. Load your definitions at least once per week. (Hint... We can talk you through how to set this up over the phone.)
